I have financed my investment purchases and refinanced both my primary and investment mortgages with help from Brett. Brett knows well what he is doing, and he is very accountable and honest besides being prompt and objective handling my inquires. I have done at least 12 mortgages(including refinances) in my life time and the 2 thatBrett and Anne did were the quickest and smoothest I have ever done.From the first dayof contact to closing was 18 days. The last mortgage I did in 2004 was not as smoothas the two done by Brett and Anne and it was done by son who did an excellent job.I feel totally confident in recommending Innovative Mortgage Alliance to any one looking to obtain a mortgage or refinance.

Brett, Anne and Tiffany did a good job and got me a very, very good rate. There were delays in communication at times, but Brett was on vacation and still be fairly responsive. Anne and Tiffany were great and had everything going efficiently. I will definitely work with Brett and company if I refinance my house again as their rates are second to none. Thanks for the great work.

Brett was efficient, reliable, knowledgeable, and accomodating and found us the best interest rate by far. We applied for and successfully completed our refiance application via phone, email, and fax (Brett is in Utah, we currently live in Michigan, and the property we refinanced is in St. George, Utah).

My experience with Brett was excellent. The mortgage loan refinancing interest rate was lowest I have been offered from any others, all correspondence was very timely, and all questions were answered very promptly. We closed in less than 30 days. I am very satisfied and will recommend Brett and his company to anyone in need of mortgage loan assistance.
