Brett and Anne were very professional, and quickly responded to and satisfactorily resolved my concerns. I was very satisfied with my rate and the process was relatively painless. The closing went fairly smoothly except for the fact the title officer missed a date on one of the forms which almost delayed funding since I was in New York at the time. The lender required a lot of information, the process was very involved. Brett went out of his way to help smooth out the process. He was very patient with me and handled my questions and frustrations in a very professional and reassuring manner. I was very impressed with his professionalism. He got us a great interest rate!!!

Quick, same-day responses were typical from Brett and Anne, his processor. Detailed personal information was required at every turn (altho I didn't have to submit a complete list of my elementary school girl friends). Estimates of fees and expenses up front matched very closely the final costs. Just under a month from start to finish was reasonable.
