I started looking around for rates at banks but while they had good rates the fees associated with the loans were huge. On a whim I looked at mortgage rates on Zillow and found Brett who offered a rate that was 0.25 - 0.5% lower than what I was finding with the large banks and his fees were a fraction of the other banks. I found Bret on this website. He came highly recommended through the webiste. I had done this before with a different group and was not very happy with out come. Bret's rates were the best I had seen and rates were low so I decided just to give him an email response. He responded with in about 2 hours. And he was very knowledgeable and covered all the options and told me about everything that was going on and even some things that would change in a few months if I wanted to wait. Brett gave me a clear estimate when we started the process and if anything changed, he was sure to alert me. His processor was helpful with sending documents and updates. I never had any questions about the process and everything went smoothly. I am in a different state than Brett, but I still felt like I was taken care of.

I just want to say what a great job Brett Stimpson did on our recent loan application. His closing costs beat all of the other companies that we contacted. He got our percentage rate down to 3.75 which was great at that time.His assistant Anne Harding did a very good job keeping us informed every step of the way.I would recommend Brett to anyone looking for a fair and honest company.

I had done my previous loan through Box Home Loans and fully expected to do it through them again. Right before I was ready to lock in a rate I took one last look online to see if anyone could offer me a better deal. I came across Brett through zillow.com and saw his fees were considerably lower than Box. I thought it must have been some misprint because my experience had shown Box was best for people with good credit scores.
