In addition to my previous post, the lady named Samantha at the lease return department in Farmingdale was very helpful and understanding of my situation. She was able to help connect me to Sam Carter who was invaluable in getting everything taken care of for my lease return. Great company! Great staff!

Thank you Fusion, I had an issue and I spoke with the manager at Corporate named, Sam Carter. He was very helpful and courteous and did everything to make my experience fantastic. He worked tirelessly and listened to everything I had to say and did everything to ensure my future return to Fusion totally worthwhile. I recommend this gentleman as his business ethics far exceeded my expectations. Fusion is lucky to have a "smart" manager that knows how to deal with customers and the public.
Isreal in the finance department and all fusion representatives are a different breed of people. They are all nice, very professional, and answer all questions thrown at them. Been with them 8 yrs now and would not finance a vehicle with any other company. Respect to fusion !!
