Very professional, extremely nice and genuine, super helpful and they made the whole process so easy! They contacted me first since my lease was ending. I’ve worked in the car business and I’ve had so many cars and have never had such a positive experience before! I would highly recommend them!

OMG. Fusion Auto Finance is a hidden gem I never knew existed right in Farmingdale, NY. Not only did they inspect my vehicle right away, but because I made a last minute decision to purchase my vehicle instead of turning it in, they made the entire process of loan approval/insurance validation/paperwork incredibly smooth and easy. I had a great experience returning my leased vehicle. I reviewed my terms before going in so I had no surprises. They didn’t charge me for every little thing like I’ve heard some people say they do. I was pleasantly surprised!

They charge ridiculous Disposition fee at end of lease, even if you lease again. Total ripoff.

Terrible experience, charged me $804.00 for 3 scratches on tires of which 2 didn’t have anything except scuff marks. Also first told me no disposition fee then charged me $400 plus tax to leave my car . They play too many games . Highly not recommended, they will be hearing from my lawyer. Let them show up to court and waste there money its the principal here. I hold integrity to the highest level and hold everyone accountable when they fail to do so. 0/5 .

DO NOT EXTEND A LEASE WITH FUSION! They will use heavy pressure sales tactics to get you to fold to their inflated buy out prices. Do not fold, file a lawsuit in NY court, make them show up and defend these slimy practices! They will lose and it will cost them more than the $2,000 they took from me to defend it. Then file a complaint with NYS Attorney General, there is already 6 pending for the Farmington office alone. If you really get frisky, file lawsuits for the Texas office as well. Fusion Auto Finance
