Addison gave me great customer service and communicated well. The only thing I would change for the service center is not playing radio and TV at the same time. Difficult to listen to for 1-2 hours while waiting. Car service was excellent and Addison explained everything really well to me.

Addison was great and he felt the same way about the technicians reason for the vibration at the front-end of my truck. The tech said the vibration was due to faulty lugnuts? Faulty lugnuts! xxx? I'm looking at Addison he's shaking his head I'm like well so what this is warranty work . Fix my truck. They wanted me to buy a set of lugnuts for 200 bucks then put them on myself and bring the truck back so they can take another look.
