Johnny, Jason and Angela are examples of perfect customer service. My car was totalled on Tuesday and Wednesday these awesome individuals executed a stress-free transaction which was amazing because I was dealing with a concussion I have from a fall on Friday. Great team! Excellent customer care!
Nicole was smart, kind, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I was a bit early and she did not miss a beat getting a technician for my Rogue and a Lyft for me. She called me when she said that she would call to let me know that my car was ready and the technician did a great job putting me confidently back on the road.
This dealership is nice and Clean, Spacious and Friendly Staff. A water and coffee table is an added bonus. Great Way to make customers feel less anxious. First time here and won’t be the last.
