I had a appt and it still took two hours for a oil change and multipoint inspection.

Anthony , Matt and Angela worked with me not only to get what I wanted but also Matt worked miracles to get me the right loan with the monthly payments I wanted. This was the second car that we have bought from Future Nissan of Folsom and both times the experience went well with no pressure. Robert Thach and Jeff Unger were exceptional during the process.
