Normally I would recommend them for the standard stuff. The service dept. is very nice and courteous. But this round I went in for a bolt to fix the gap in my fender. They took the car and said they will check and see if I need a bolt or a bracket. They came back and said that I needed a bracket to fix the gap. The gap is not fixed and when I took the car back they were less than happy. Tried to indicate that it was my fault as I said I needed a bolt. Great service from start to finish. Easy process to set up appt online. I always use the night drop off which is very convenient for me. The only issue I had was the contact # I left on the paper was not used. They contacted my husband instead, who the car is under. Once I brought it to their attention a note was made. Addison was professional and courteous. Appreciated getting a free Quick Quack car wash when I picked up my car.

Nice people. Good Service. went for recall on my Nissan some thing to do with the light. And has replace the transmission. thank you Lord for my warranty. but i feel that i should have paid nothing because looking up trans. on 2018 were recalls on then. But thank you Jesus, I got my car back and it feels good and strong, the way it should from the beginning.
