I think the computer is stuck. I get two letters a day telling me about changes to my policy. So far I have recieved about 12 letters.

I was having some issues getting in contact with an agent to discuss my policy due to the system issues that you guys were facing. I ended up speaking with Derek King in hopes to get some answers. This company offers great services and their customer service is on point. I have recommended Gainsco to all my friends and family.
I have not needed them for a claim but I am very impressed with the customer service. It is such a rare thing now days and that really has them stand out in my opinion. I have never needed to hold long and I always get a well spoken, friendly person on the other end.

I felt that I needed to express my gratitude to Gainsco's agent Rosalinda D. Sierra by publicly giving the company a great review. I had a few problems with my policy and obviously I was not happy. She listened and offered solutions. She was very knowledgeable and even gave me her extension to follow up the next day. As customers, sometimes we want everything to be perfect. That is not always reasonable, but providing agents like her makes me want to continue using Gainscos services.
