I was in need of a Letter of Experience showing I hadn't had any lapse of coverage as soon as possible. I was closing on my house within 6 days and this letter was all I needed to continue. Otherwise, I was going to have to delay closing. I spoke with Bertha, who immediately took care of this and emailed the letter to me within 20 minutes of my talking to her. I am truly grateful to her for taking care of this as quickly as she did.
