We have used Garden City Realty for years when we stay at Surfmaster by the Sea. We could not be more pleased with the accommodations and service we receive from Jackie, the on site manager in Unit 104 and from Alicia in the main office. And for that matter, everyone in the main office on Atlantic Avenue.
Everything! They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Always willing to help with anything. We especially like Jackie and Alicia.
I had a wonderful stay at Atalya Towers this past September. The staff at Garden City Realty were most helpful and friendly. I will rent the same unit again this coming season.

We had no problem at check-in, just a little confused where to get the keys...needed to go over GCR place and drive back to the condo place to pick up the envelope containing with the instructions for the place, wife passcode and a number to enter at the front door for after hours...everything was great after that...rooms clean, great place...😃

We have rented from Garden City Realty for the last 7-8 years. They have been easy to work with, and we have no complaints. Summer check-ins are extremely busy on Saturdays, but we have found the Garden City Realty staff to be courteous nonetheless. We have also always found our rental property appropriately clean when we arrive. 0ver the years, others who have rented from competitors have complained to us that the property they rented has not been properly cleaned. Friendly and easy. Apparently, they are also easy for those they rent "for" as well as folks they rent "to." The dishwasher stopped working and the owner showed up with a repairman and a plate of cookies. It was nice to meet her. The unit was older but immaculate and the beach access was excellent and well thought-out. No bad surprises whatsoever.
