This review is for your employee John Perkoski. We had a problem with the elevator where we were staying and had to move to another house. He came and moved luggage and groceries for nine people and was very friendly, courteous and professional. We appreciate his hard work.

I stayed at Garden City Reality's property Beach House. Perfectly located right on the beach, great views for morning coffee from the balcony, close to shopping, & many restaurants. Property was very well maintained & condo was stocked well with all the essentials that you would need to run a household while on vacation.

Talked to Pam to make reservations and she was super helpful. Checking in was a breeze. She also called to make sure everything was ok after we got to the condo. This is our 4th year renting through Garden City Realty and will continue using them in the future. They are a great rental company and have great employees

We had a wonderful time at the Salty Dog beach house. We brought our 2 little terriers with us and spent most of our time on the awesome covered back porch. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the Garden City Pier and a 5-15 minutes drive to restaurants and attractions. This was our second year in this house and we're making plans to come back next year again.

When we first decided to explore purchasing a vacation rental property we called Garden City Realty and spoke with Denise Coleman. She was very informative and forthcoming and we were able to pick up an information packet right away for us to look at. We did not feel pressured to look at properties and Denise supplied us with daily listings for us to consider if we wished. When we arrived, the floors hadn't been mopped. When we called GCR (Tye answered), they had Pam come and she did a marvelous job. However, there were several things which were wrong with the unit—WiFi didn't work because modem was so outdated (the WiFi company had to come out and replace the modem with one that actually was up to date and worked), TV remotes didn't work (wrong ones), and DVD player didn't work. This was a unit which sleeps 6 people and yet only had 1 cookie sheet, 1 6-muffin tin, no colander and no plunger. ... read more
