We have rented from Garden City Realty several times and have always been pleased with the friendly helpful staff. The photos do not do the units justice. :) We love staying at One Ocean Place because of the wonderful view and clean well-stocked condos!

GCR was so easy to work with in booking our 2019 reservation. Check in was busy, but that's to be expected! Our house was very clean, ideally located and worked perfect for our family. Some furniture and bedding upgrades are probably due, but other than that, everything was great.

We stayed at Surfmaster for our recent vacation and had such a wonderful time. So easy to book and the condo was perfect. Easy check in and out. No issues whatsoever! Will definitely book again!!
