Garden City Realty was excellent to work with! They were very pleasant and the whole process was easy. They even accommodated me when the hurricane affected our vacation. We will definitely use them again in the future.

We've been renting homes from GCR for the last couple of years and have been happy with them. We stayed at Inlet Joy this year. Needs a comfy recliner or two. We sat out on the back porch a lot add a couple of Little tables to set your drinks on out there and it would be perfect. Fish and crab in the inlet and just relax.

We have used Garden City several times to book our vacation rental property. Reserving online was nice and easy. Glad Florence didn’t do much damages so we didn’t have to cancel our trip. We were able to check in early and Kari was so sweet. Will book with them next year again :)
