Stayed at Surfmaster by the Sea in condo 206 Garden City Realty was on top of all communications. Condo was well stocked and super clean. I will definitely booked with them next time I travel to the area.

Norm Clay was absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish his knowledge of the market and current trends assisted us in the sale. After consulting Norm we performed upgrades to the home and made it ready for sale. We listed the house and had 2 offers in under 12 hours!! Then we had a contract after a short negotiation process. We closed in under 30 days! Couldn’t have been happier with the whole process, thanks again Norm!

Staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The checkin and check out time was quick and easy. They have great customer service. The value for the condo was reasonable. The property was clean and had convenient access to the pool and beach. I enjoyed our family vacation with my children and grandchildren.

I want to start by saying that this company has been amazing during this time of COVID-19! They have been so accommodating, understanding, and communicative. We always have a great experience every year and that is why we keep coming back. Pam McAuley has been beyond helpful and put up with my calling numerous times a day.
