I just want to start by saying thank you to everyone who helped with our loan. There was nothing about the entire process that I would change. Everyone was extremely helpful and very informative. From start to finish was seamless. They did a great job.

They walked me through everything. Yes, there is a lot of paperwork but, that's par for the course. There was only 1 problem. Due to identity theft, my taxes weren't being released unless I asked for them.

Team Gavin were on top of there game. Ask a question and you receive an answer in a quick time frame. They know VA loans recommend to all active, reserve, retired and former members of the military.

Our experience with Team Gavin ended up being a great experience. Things started off a little bumpy in the begining but as the process went along everyone was very helpful and knowledgable and quick to return all of our phone calls and answer all of our questions!

I would highly recommend Team Gavin Ekstrom! They were very proactive! Told me they will get me into my own home,when I didn't think it was possible! Always in touch with email, text and calls! I absolutely loved working with all of them. Excellent customer service! They also had very neat little touches like free pizza on moving day!
