My contact, Charmine Booth, went out of her way to make my buying of our new home a pleasent and easy experience. She even answered questions for me on weekends and at odd hours. Dealing with the whole team was a great experience compared to other times I have purchased a house.

I worked with the Gavin Team 1st to get pre-approved for my load, then thru changes required by the specific house I bought. Each member responded immediately with answers and called to keep in touch as the home was build. The closing went very smoothly. I knew what documents were needed and was able to submit them electronically. This was very convenient. At the final closing all documents were organized and process when smoothly.

I would highly recommend Team Gavin Ekstrom! They were very proactive! Told me they will get me into my own home,when I didn't think it was possible! Always in touch with email, text and calls! I absolutely loved working with all of them. Excellent customer service! They also had very neat little touches like free pizza on moving day!

Team Gavin were awesome to work with. In our market here in Denver time is critical. Our pre-approval was done quickly and on point so that when we made an offer on the house we were good to go. During the loan approval process we were kept informed on every step of the process so that our closing stayed on track. They quickly communicated what was required and we closed on time. During closing everything was in order and went perfectly smooth. I highly recommend them for you home loans

I had a fantastic experience with Team Gavin! Everyone at Citywide helped me through the home buying process and made is an extremely pleasurable experience. The Team kept me up to date from the minute I applied for my loan all the way through closing.
