I worked with the Gavin Team 1st to get pre-approved for my load, then thru changes required by the specific house I bought. Each member responded immediately with answers and called to keep in touch as the home was build. The closing went very smoothly. I knew what documents were needed and was able to submit them electronically. This was very convenient. At the final closing all documents were organized and process when smoothly.

Team Gavin were awesome to work with. In our market here in Denver time is critical. Our pre-approval was done quickly and on point so that when we made an offer on the house we were good to go. During the loan approval process we were kept informed on every step of the process so that our closing stayed on track. They quickly communicated what was required and we closed on time. During closing everything was in order and went perfectly smooth. I highly recommend them for you home loans

Gavin's team of professionals was very receptive to our needs, and always willing to answer our questions, whether simple or complicated. They followed up in a timely manner; and if they didn't immediately have information, they are honest and said they would need to find the correct answer.

I had a fantastic experience with Team Gavin! Everyone at Citywide helped me through the home buying process and made is an extremely pleasurable experience. I obtained my mortgage through Gavin Ekstrom and worked with his team for my first home purchase in Denver earlier this year. It was a new build, and had a lot of unexpected issues come up, and was a much, much longer process than anyone expected. Gavin and his team were knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me informed and made sure everything ran smoothly all the way to closing. My home buying experience with Citywide, Team Gavin, was great. My loan officer was very helpful with information and answering all my questions and concerns. Not only was the information provided, he was very timely in getting back to me. We found a home within days of getting my approval letter.
