They were friendly and informative. This was a first house purchase for me. The only issue was not communicating with real estate agent to push seller into making repairs that loan required earlier. They did end up getting done in the end. Would use them again.

There is nothing I would change about this lender. They were competitive, fast, efficient, informative, and available at a drop of a dime. The next house I own, I will go straight to them for financing. The sellers of current home were very difficult to work with and this team helped me out tremendously...basically holding my hand when I needed it :) I loved working with them and recommend them in a heart beat!!!!!!

The process was so easy! Loved getting to work with such friendly and knowledgeable people. They guided me each step of the process and their online system and mobile notary was so convenient for my busy schedule.

Through the entire process I could not of asked for a more knowledgeable, professional, informed, concerned, extremely responsive team that made the mortgage process simple and easy. Every detail, regardless of how small, was explained to me and they made sure that I fully understood everything.

Team Gavin members were extremely helpful and effective in walking me through the loan process. Whenever I had a question or concern, they immediately answered me. I have purchased five homes during my lifetime, and my experience with citywide home loans was by far the smoothest and easiest experience.
