Gavin Ekstrom and Charmaine Booth were very helpful through the whole process of getting our mortgage. Its tough task to go back and forth to collect so much information but they did it with a great attitude m and were very responsive to help us along the way.

I worked with Margarita Offermann from City Wide to help with my first loan. I knew nothing going into the process and she was happy to answer my questions. I learned a ton, she was always quick to get back to me, and I always felt like I was in great hands which is important as the process can be a bit stressful at times.All in all - I felt like she had my best interest first which was really great to experience.

Team Gavin Ekstom was amazing! They answered all of our questions! They were very patient with us! Being first time home buyers we had a million questions they were very fast to respond and explain every part of the home buying process to us! They kept us up to date on every step as we went! I don't think we could have a better experience! We worked with Rachel, she was amazing, sweet, and caring!

My experience with this team was great from start to finish. Easy as could be! Thank you. Everyone was very helpful and made the entire experience a breeze. They even came to my house for the closing as it was hard to get out of work for this. Again, great experience!

I liked how I got the customer experience from start to finished and everything was explained in detailed! If I didn't understand something I wasn't rushed off nor did I get an uneasy feeling from anyone at Citywide. Amazing customer service, and definitely would do business with them again.

Citywide was great on walking us through our loan process. They were not our original choice for our lender. We were referred to them and decided to go with them as they really explained our options, fees, and really helped us understand the process. We received a lot of emails throughout the entire process encouraging us to get the requested information to them in a timely manner so we were able to close on time. Scott Harshman and Julie Moffatt were the two that worked on our file. They were so great! Everything went so smoothly. The team was on top of everything and we were even able to close a few days early. Would absolutely recommend them!! They will not disappoint.
