Citywide and TJ Tassone were referred to me to refinance my home. I initially sent TJ an email explaining what I'd like to do and he called me right away. He let me know what my options for refinance were and what the requirements were. He was very prompt in returning emails. The whole team was amazing, patient, and helpful through the entire process. They were quick to help with any questions I had, no matter what time of the day it was. Buying a house can become overwhelming and they where patient to walk me through the process from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone purchasing a home.

Our family recently made a first time home purchase and we thankfully took advantage of the relationship our builder has with Citywide Home Loans. My wife and I just purchased our first home with City Wide. The team here was amazing to work with. All of them were extremely knowledgeable and were there when we had questions. They helped through every step of the process and made it less stressful for the two of us. We would recommend these guys to anyone looking for if it's their first time or just getting another home.

Scott Harshman and Kelly Board were an amazing team to work with through the process of buying my home. I had some hiccups with the inspection and appraisal that made modifications to my loan. Scott and Kelly were informative, understanding and ALWAYS available. In addition, a moving kit was sent to my current apartment and it was useful as well as humorous and just what I needed that day! I would highly recommend them!

This whole experience was amazing, everything felt comfortable. Everyone is very reliable. Always able to answer any questions that I had. This was our third time with this whole process and out of all three this experience was the best.

My experience with Citywide was fantastic. Myda was constantly in contact and got answers for any questions I had. Gavin was great about being available or getting back to me as soon as he could. They made the loan application smooth and gave us one less thing to worry about while closing ok our new home

We had our home built from scratch. When we started the process, we were going through another lender who made me want to pull my hair out! They had no idea what they were doing! There was a ton of instances where things were miscommunicated or information was just left out. There were charges applied to our closing that were not supposed to be there.
