Using Team Gavin was the best decision I could have made in the home buying process. The process was seamless, there were no delays, and closing was really easy. We had some friends who went through their local bank and had their closing delayed by 2 weeks because the bank missed the apprasial. I told them to use City Wide the next time they buy a house!

My husband and I used Citywide to buy our new home last year and had a great experience. We returned this year to refinance our loan and this experience was better than the first time. I did not know Gavin and his team could get any better but they truely out did themselves. Very professional, amazing communication with very fast responses. We have recommended Gavin and his team to several co-workers and family and will continue to use them for all of our financing needs.

I heard of Citywide Home loans on the radio advertising of a grant for first time home buyers down payment assistance. I didn't know what to expect, and I don't have the best credit. After talking to them and doing an initial credit check, Gavin and his team told me what I needed to do in order for my credit to go up to be able to qualify and make my growing family's dream of being in a house come true. The Team that I had for buying my first home was Gavin Ekstrom's Team. They were fantastic, I am a young first time home buyer who knew nothing of what buying a house was. They helped me through every step of the way and even helped me find some ways to save money at closing cost. We just finished refinancing with "Team Gavin". We have done the home loan thing many times and this was by far the most enjoyable, easy, quick time thanks to Alzee Miles. She was all over it, returned all my emails and phone calls right away. She went above and beyond to help us rectify incorrect data on our credit report and waited patiently while that was taken care of. Highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business.

Gavin and his team was very helpful during the entire process which was my first home loan. Everyone was quick to respond to any questions I had about the process and any issues that came up they were quick to advise me and how to get them taken care of. I don't think I would have been able to complete this process without their assistance. I had specific issues related to my credit and Citywide was able to tell me exactly what needed to be done in order for my loan to be approved.

We worked with Gavin Ekstrom team in buying our first home, they started by helping to fix my wife's credit and as soon as that was fixed, we started looking into properties and when we finally agreed to the property we like, they close the deal in less than 3 weeks and also got us assisted down payment program too. Great thanks to Scott Harshman and Azlee Miles.
