I worked with Kristal and Shelley. They were great. I didn't have any interaction with Gavin. If I had a question they got back to me right away and it didn't seem like any question was too small. They definitely helped to relieve the stress of the process.

I was helped throughout the process for the Home loan and in purchase of my new home. I was concerned about my credit history but the Team was very respectful and positive towards my home buying prospects. I have purchased a number of homes over the last 10-15 years, Gavin Team has exceeded my expectations and made the process very trouble free with minimal surprises.

My family and I have rented in the Denver market since we relocated here 5 years ago. With the prices of rentals still climbing to out of control levels, my wife came across an ad for new homes with zero down. Team Gavin was GREAT! Vince Cusimano and Rachel Sena worked with me every step of the way. This was my first home purchase, and they made me feel so comfortable with everything. Any questions or concerns I had were followed up with in a VERY timely manner all the way up through closing. Everyone at City Wide was very responsive to every question and concern I had about the loan process. As a 1st time home buyer I had many questions. Vince, and his team were very friendly and helpful through out the process.They were the third company I switched to. The first two had no idea how to explain the process of buying a home or the process of getting a first time home owner loan.I would recommend City Wide to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

Team Gavin members Scott Gereaux and Shelley Smith were amazing! I am a first time home buyer and they worked with me at every step to get everything prepared for closing. They responded very quickly to any questions or concerns I had. They were very professional and though there was a small delay it was only 5 days. Closing itself was very painless and quick. I would recommend this loan company to everyone.
