Gavin Ekstrom and his entire team have been extremely professional, helpful, and great on follow up. They made this experience and smooth and seamless and possible and always seemed to have our best interest in mind and truly cared about our transaction. I can't say enough good things about Gavin and his team and would highly recommend them to anybody thinking about buying a home.

Gavin really worked hard to make my loan go through. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have a house. His team worked equally as hard and were excellent in responding to any and all questions I had. I highly recommend him and his team!!!

Made the loan process relatively painless throughout an otherwise difficult process of buying a house. We pushed and pushed to get everything set to close on time, then just before closing the house flooded and we had to push things back.Over the next few weeks we changed the closing date several times, but team Gavin kept things ready for a moments notice.

Team Gavin was truly wonderful to work with from start to finish. As we all know, the loan origination process these days is not a "walk in the park" like it used to be. The process can be stressful and infuriating, but Team Gavin was well organized and very proactive in helping me compile all of my documentation requirements. Using Team Gavin was the best decision I could have made in the home buying process. The process was seamless, there were no delays, and closing was really easy. We had some friends who went through their local bank and had their closing delayed by 2 weeks because the bank missed the apprasial. I told them to use City Wide the next time they buy a house!

My husband and I used Citywide to buy our new home last year and had a great experience. We returned this year to refinance our loan and this experience was better than the first time. I did not know Gavin and his team could get any better but they truely out did themselves. Very professional, amazing communication with very fast responses. I heard of Citywide Home loans on the radio advertising of a grant for first time home buyers down payment assistance. I didn't know what to expect, and I don't have the best credit.
