Team Gavin members Scott Gereaux and Shelley Smith were amazing! I am a first time home buyer and they worked with me at every step to get everything prepared for closing. They responded very quickly to any questions or concerns I had. They were very professional and though there was a small delay it was only 5 days. Closing itself was very painless and quick. I would recommend this loan company to everyone.

Scott Gereaux and his team were great at sitting down with us to explain all the options available to us. He explained everything clearly and let us know what we need to do on our end to have the best possible outcome. Unlike other lenders in the past, they were never pushy but always quick to answer questions. Once we were ready they had everything together quickly and kept us in the loop every step of the way.

From the start the team was exceptionally helpful. Every question I had the answered promptly and in detail. They walked us through the whole process before starting everything and kept us updated throughout. Their goal was to be clear to close by our closing date and they beat it by a week!
