I was very satisfied with the service I received from this lender. Rachel Sena was my main contact for this process and was very persistent on helping me get where I needed to be in order to qualify for the home I wanted. She stuck by my side on the ups and down. What I mean by that is, even though there was a period of time I did not qualify due to credit issues. Rachel was there guiding me back on track to becoming a First Time Home Buyer. Everyone on Team Gavin, from Gavin himself to Azlee to everyone in between were a pleasure to work with. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and you can tell they love their jobs. I would highly recommend them.

I could not ask for anything better than Kristal and Brook . When I first started with Kristal I knew right away if was in. Good hands. And when Brooke came into the picture she was as awesome as Kristal. We guys have the best. I totally appreciate all Their hard work.

They were with me throughout the whole process and it was a nice touch to have my original loan officer present at closing!! A few people were involved with the process but seemed to communicate well with the whole entire file of mine from beginning to end...!Thanks again!! :)

This was my first home buying experience. Needless to say, I was scared, lost and completely confused in the beginning. With the help and guidance of Team Gavin Ekstrom with Citywide, I can honestly say, my home buying experience was a breeze. I have heard horror stories and I was like, why? I'm not the most organized person but with the tools given to me by Citywide, I was able to locate documents that I never thought I would need OR find. We had been looking for a house in the Denver area for almost 2 years. I was working with a lender and a Realtor that i thought were good. But as time went on and house after house kept going by i started to look at my team. I would find a house and would try and get a hold of my lender and it would take then at least a day to respond. Myda Ogeda is simply amazing. I couldn't speak highly enough of her or be thankful enough for her. Not only did she give all the necessary information, she was the person I could confide in this whole process. She helped me understand the little things that being a first time home buyer I didn't understand. Myda deserves any raise, promotion, respect from employers, recognition, ANYTHING you guys have to offer her because she is just the best!
