Had 2 great experiences with gentle dental. First they were able to get my teeth cleaned on my new patient appointment and the lady that I got had such a great personality. And my second appointment was to get a cavity filled and my dentist was so good and it didn’t hurt at all even the shot to get numbed didn’t hurt a bit. She had a personality that was vibrant and genuine. Would pick this place every time.. A +
TBH my experiences at Gentle Dental haven't always been amazing but this past year I've been as happy as a person can be when it comes to the dentist. I had an epic amount of work done yesterday and they were so, dare I say it, gentle and kind to me. I felt cared for and respected. The lovely lady dentist (can't remember her name because I was in the zone) and her assistant made me comfortable and were so patient with my sensitivities. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else besides gentle Dental (Bend). If I could give them negative stars I would. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in any dental office. The word incompetent doesn’t suffice. The office staff are under compensated, under staffed and under qualified and it shows. If you need help with billing, you will not be able to get in touch with anyone from Central office because it is a corporation and the people in office do not have a phone number for central billing that they c... read more
I had a tooth pulled today. I was a little nervous. The front desk person Courtney was extremely kind and personable. She had a smile the whole time I was there. The dental assistant was very kind and caring. Dr. Montgomery has an exceptional bedside manner. She makes you feel at ease, that she cares, and she is a very good dentist. I felt no pain and was comfortable the whole time I had my tooth pulled. Thank you for making this a no trauma experience.
Dr. McCarthy and her intrepid assistant Ashley are both unassailably professional, efficient, and personable. Truly a memorable and painless procedure. Would recommend to others, even if they don't need a tooth removed. Twelve stars!
