I had a tooth pulled today. I was a little nervous. The front desk person Courtney was extremely kind and personable. She had a smile the whole time I was there. The dental assistant was very kind and caring. Dr. Montgomery has an exceptional bedside manner. She makes you feel at ease, that she cares, and she is a very good dentist. I felt no pain and was comfortable the whole time I had my tooth pulled. Thank you for making this a no trauma experience.
I feel compelled to give a big shout out to all the ladies at Gentle Dental. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful. When I needed to be seen urgently, they went above and beyond to make that happen, and continued to with follow up appointments. Thank you so much for that. All the Gentle Dental staff have been absolutely wonderful. They are so professional, kind and helpful. Dr. Montgomery is fabulous. It has been by far my most positive experience with a dental office. I believe they do an excellent job serving our community.
Dr Montgomery is an outstanding dentist. Explains everything and very skillful. Office got me in when someone canceled. Dr did two fillings instead of one so I don’t have to come back twice.
I made an appointment for the beginning of March and was contacted by Gentle Dental three times to confirm the date and time. The day of the appointment, I received a text message canceling the appointment and was told that someone would reach out that same day to reschedule. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t heard back from Gentle Dental. I called today to reschedule and was told I needed a membership ID to do so. I was never given a membership ID.
