My experience was very relaxing. They got me in and out there in a timely matter. All of the staff was very kind and professional. to. I had a very bad experience in Salem with Gental Dental. It took me a year to get my dentures right with many many appointments. The Gental Dental here in Bend is a whole other story. I give Bend a 50******. These women are so kind and skilled. I received my dentures for my bottom teeth in less than a month. They are beautiful and my top teeth I already had, fit so much better. Dr. McCarthy and Staff are Great! Starting at the front desk with Jessica. Polite , professional with a great and warm personality. Asheley ( dental assistant) did a great job talking my X-rays, guiding me in a very relaxed and friendly manner with a smile:) Dr. McCarthy took her time to explain my treatment and I really appreciate that. I waited four months to get in only to be told at the evaluation that they didn’t have a dental hygienist on staff to clean my teeth and now I need to either at their suggestion drive to the other side of the mountains to a community college. In fairness I think they should have disclosed that information when I booked the appointment. I have periodontal disease and missing cleanings is dangerous for my teeth and my overall health.
Not happy at all. They had this appointment scheduled for the last three months for my son to get his lower set of braces on and call me morning of the appointment 30 min before letting us know they wanted to cancel it. Are you kidding me??? Receptionist at this Bend office Is awful and rude every time any of us speak with her whether it be in person or on the phone.
