Dr. Fairly is soooo nice and listened about any anxiety I was having without making me feel like I just needed to "deal with it." She offered options that would make me feel better about getting my fillings, didn't mind that we needed to reschedule in order to get medication before hand to make it a more pleasant experience for me, her only concern was that I was gonna be comfortable! Dr Mathews is the best dentist my wife and I have had. Samantha who does the billing, scheduling etc. is excellent. I feel they should be paid the highest in their respective position. I don't understand some of the negative reviews.

i had doctor Matthews and Monica they were very sweet and had my mouth numbed quickly and throughly. they provide good and efficient dental service especially considering I have OHP, the only problem is it is very busy and often booked out far in advance.

Amazing team! Dr Montgomery was so incredibly kind and caring. Brandy is a very good assistant and helped me feel comfortable and eased my nerves. Samantha at the front was great too! Getting in to be seen by the dentist was a breeze. Although it's been decades since I've been to the dentist I was so at ease. Thank you to this wonderful team. I definitely recommend Bend Gentle Dental to everyone!

if I could give 10 stars I would. complete honestly and transparency. I absolutely love the gental dental in Bend (and madras) I have never encountered dental staff like bend. They have gone so far Above and beyond for me on both appts I've been to. Please allow me to explain. I am recovering from cancer, stroke and 2 days later heart attack. I was a bit nervous because of the reviews I saw but I was pleasantly surprised. Very friendly and helpful staff.
My second biggest fear has always been going to the dentist. I have had terrible experiences full of pain, dismissal of my wishes and values, dentists not listening to me, lack of numbing meds, and lack of explanation of procedures. I went into gentle dental due to a painful tooth that I had been putting off for way too long. They took a X-ray and performed some pain tests.
