Gentle Dental is an extraordinary place to go for dental care! Brandy the dental tech/ assistant somehow took away all of the fear and anxiety I felt upon arriving and even went out of her way to make me feel less guilty for not always taking good care of my teeth. This is the most disorganized, frustrating and incompetent front office I’ve had to deal with in any professional format. At every level of communication I had issues. Over the span of 2 months I had two of my appointments cancelled. I had to email them my insurance card twice just for them to not have it when I arrived (I sent it to the email they provided). Their appointments are months out and for the third time in a row they have moved my appointment. My time is just as valuable as theirs. I love Alicia cleaning my teeth. But the unpredictability is not worth doing business with them. Moving on.
From the start my experience here has been great. Lynn did my initial examine and she was so sweet. I am nervous going to the dentist and my teeth were in poor shape, and she didn't shame me at all. Dr. Montgomery and her assistant Brandy have done an amazing job taking care of my teeth and saving what they could, really taking their time and making sure I'm comfortable. I'm really happy with this office.
Great experience! The employees are very helpful and took great care of my teeth. I got an appointment when I wanted it and the work was done efficiently! Thanks Gentle Dental!
