If you have any other option than Gentle Dental I'd suggest you take it. I had a filling fall out in May 2021 and they informed me the tooth had to be extracted, which I'm fine with. However, it turns out there is only one roving dentist who performs extractions for ALL the Gentle Dentists offices and they apparently can not make appointments because it's now Aug. 6 and they informed me the earlies they can do the work is Sept.. Can't recommend this dental office at all. Took forever to get appointments for just exam and cleaning. We arrived for 90 min Feb appointments; turned out to be just X-rays and quick exams by dentist. So, didn't get what we were told we'd get, namely teeth cleaned. We were giving new appoints in JUNE for cleaning. We eventually went to another dentist because GD pushed our cleaning appointments out to AUGUST. If I could I would go lower. My husband set up an appointment nearly 2 months ago. He got a confirmation text that he responded to ASAP. When he got there today he was very rudely informed that they had canceled his appointment. They claimed to have called as well to confirm but he got no such call. When he attempted to set up an appointment as a walk-in and take his canceled spot they refused him. What kind of service is this? I scheduled my appt for a checkup and cleaning, in early Jan with the next avail appt not until late April. Worst experience ever! I was tortured by their xray tech. She took over 50 xrays. She used this huge clamp like thing covered with baggies far too big for my mouth size. That thing she used caused several cuts in my mouth. I'm choosing 2 stars because their in person interactions have always been pleasant. HOWEVER, to get into the doors you have to call to make an appointment. This is where it begins to get frustrating. More than half of the time they don't answer, and instead you're left to leave a voicemail. I have left five voicemails throughout the past five months, and have yet to be contacted back. I really don't understand this. I hope they develop a better system soon.

I scheduled an appointment in March for July, the quickest they could see me. I am in desperate need of a dentist for ongoing tooth pain that is most likely a cavity. The day before my appointment, I received a message from the office stating that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. I called back twice and no one answered. Smile Keepers were great. Small personal care team. Now they moved & are called Gentle Dental. Since the move the quality of care, long wait times, no call backs promptly & scheduling is months out usually. Since the care went down hill my teeth now have too. High office turnover.

I had been trying to get a hold of them since Monday the 2nd of March. I called and waited and eventually was sent to voice mail where I left a message. The next day I called again and was sent to voice but hung up and requested an appointment via email. Says that they will get back to you within 20 minutes, never happened. I tried the whole week and never received a response. Any business that does this is incompetent and is a reflection of their work. DO NOT GO HERE unless you like to wait forever and have your teeth messed up. My first complaint is they don't check their voicemail. Like what the fuck. They hardly ever answer their phone, so if they don't check their voice mail how am I supposed to ever get in contact with you? I have a life and can't sit and call you all day til you answer.. red flag #1 for me.
