If this review was only based off of my experience with Shane... it would be a 5 star! I've had multiple appointments here and at first it was fine but it got progressively worse, Untill I met Shane... this dude helped me out so much! I had my first root canal done and have heard plenty of horror stories about them but thanks to Dr. Andrews, Jesse, Brandy and Jennifer I had a beautiful root canal experience. They preformed seamlessly and with great patient care. Dr. Andrews provided excellent procedure and patient instructions. Wow! Having had the most traumatic dentistry experience in another state, I can now confidently say that I like going to the dentist! I had to get a few fillings and was terrified of the whole experience. Dr. Mathews has been so patient and so gentle through this whole experience. Believe it or not she even made the numbing shot painless. All the assistants are smiling and welcoming and I'm very happy to call Gentle Dental of Bend my go to chomper care facility.
I have never been so happy my son is on ohp they fixed fillings and did a cleaning in a very timely manner we were not treated like ohp patients but like regular people. This place is a real gem

Everyone is very friendly, the are fast and efficient & I feel like I always get the best care possible. I highly recommend them!
Such great staff! They were so kind and knowledgeable. I am so glad I switched! They were able to get me in quickly and the whole process was very smooth compared with my past experience at Advantage Dental.
