Let me start off first by saying that I am TERRIFIED of going to the dentist; I chalk that up to having multiple bad experiences as a child, I even almost canceled my appointment to get a cavity filled because I was so nervous. I really liked this dentist. My dentist was a woman (I can't remember her name right now) and she and the hygienist were wonderful. The hygienist was extremely thorough, checking and rechecking her work as she cleaned my teeth and making sure that all my concerns were noted. She flossed them, polished them, etc. A previous reviewer complained about his cleaning. I would really recommend just asking if you have concerns. I asked questions and all of them were answered. Honestly, this place is impossible to get ahold of. I can't tell you how many messages I've left and not gotten calls back. Also, my daughter was scheduled to get braces and they called me the day before to let me know that the orthodontist is retiring and is no longer taking new patients. They just seem very unorganized and a couple of the staff members were not the most welcoming.
After establishing care here, I had booked a tooth cleaning seven months ago for today. This is one of the earliest cleaning appointments they could give me so I decided to wait. I came to my appointment today and there is no one at the office. The door is locked and no one is answering my call. I'm really disappointed, especially because I waited for seven months for this appointment. Don't waste your time here honestly
The 1st person I talked to on the phone after waiting to long time was rude impatient annoyed sounded like she had to much in her mouth of something that is a bad sign she's the 1st impression very important.
I have been a professional medium for 15 and a half years and am VERY sensitive to all of the energy forces that surround us. The staff are nice and the facility is relatively clean but when I walked into the office I was ASSAULTED by the dark energy radiating from Amber at the front desk.
I've been going here for a while and I've never really left reviews but this place honestly just sucks like I've gone for a filling and had a whole left in my tooth brought it up and they told me it was fine every single time I try to call and schedule an appointment it's me trying to call Over and over and over for like two weeks straight till I finally get a hold of someone. To whom it may concern: I have been waiting now coming up on a year to have any dental work done. All having to do with paper work that I was never told about with each visit. They only have told me of required paperwork that needed to be signed by my PCP the night before, after business hours, therefore, cancelling my appointment multiple times. I am at a loss for words at the moment. I'm just a normal guy trying to get my teeth worked on. This has been the worst customer service that I've ever encountered.
Went in for dentures came out with a nightmare.... Dentures DO NOT FIT OR EVEN LOOK CORRECT, (tooth placement of dentures are completely off center) Took an act of God to get in touch with their worthless staff. When I was waiting in the lobby all the receptionist did was gossip about crap going on in their relationships. Not once did they even acknowledge I was in the lobby.
