No need to ever fear the dentist again! Gentle Dental in Brea is great in every way! Every experience there is very pleasant. Everyone from the front staff to the doctors, hygienist and dental assistants are professional, friendly, and helpful. Special shout out to Dr H for her outstanding knowledge, care and friendly personality. When I arrive I am always welcomed by my first name, and feel cared for and comfortable the entire time. Amazing experience! The location is fantastic, and the front desk team is truly exceptional. They were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us find an emergency appointment for a root canal and crown—absolutely outstanding service. I’ve needed some major work done for several years now but kept putting it off due to bad experiences with previous dentists. I am so comfortable with Dr. Peter and Berenice and the rest of the staff. They are kind, caring and supportive. I am confident that this is the right place to get the work done. I highly recommend 😉
I needed to be seen urgently because of a chipped molar, and my primary dentist didn't have any availability. I was lucky enough to get scheduled at Brea. The appointment went very well from start to finish. Miriam runs the front office and kindly explained all my insurance coverages and what to expect. She also handled numerous insurance calls before and after my visit (to get the visit properly authorized). They use to be very good about 3-4 years ago. Ever since, they have been slipping in customer service and availability. They now often cancel on you the day before, never pick up the phone, and never inform you on important dates and information. The doctor is constantly changed out, making it a hassle to explain your dental history to them even though they have the back up. I recommend finding a more local dentist. This is now very corporate.
