No need to ever fear the dentist again! Gentle Dental in Brea is great in every way! Every experience there is very pleasant. Everyone from the front staff to the doctors, hygienist and dental assistants are professional, friendly, and helpful. Special shout out to Dr H for her outstanding knowledge, care and friendly personality. When I arrive I am always welcomed by my first name, and feel cared for and comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend Gentle Dental in Brea to everyone!
⚠️ Avoid this dental office unless you enjoy surprise bills! Be prepared for shocking bills — even months later! They charged my in-network dental insurance an outrageously high price, then asked me to cover the “difference,” which made my final bill double the amount originally quoted. At no point did they clearly state it was only an estimate. My insurance has confirmed I am not responsible for this balance. I’m still waiting for the dental office’s response — will update.
This is the worst location and dental office I’ve ever been to in my life. I was treated unfairly. I was discriminated I schedule an appointment which was an emergency appointment because I have a tooth infection. My face is throbbing my ear ache. I had so many issues going on and now a fever. The doctor that I seen told me that he was gonna prescribe me an antibiotic to help clear the infection because the tooth would have to be removed. It is too far gone. This location has cancelled my daughter's teeth cleaning FOUR times in a row. They told us the dentist was not in when we arrived today at the office. This time say they called to let us know the dentist was not in this morning. I have no missed calls and have no messages. I have confirmation texts confirming the appointment. Amazing experience! The location is fantastic, and the front desk team is truly exceptional. They were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us find an emergency appointment for a root canal and crown—absolutely outstanding service. Dr. Tefesh and the nurse were professional, caring, and very gentle with my son. They comforted him throughout the procedure, and he felt calm and relaxed the whole time.
