I honestly don't know where to start with this review. Two and a half months ago, I went in to this location to get X-rays done and my case was left at "insurance approval". I told them that first day I was there before leaving that i'd like to do anything I can to hasten the process because my life is kinda on hold while waiting to get these two dental implants done (my two front teeth) and that i'd be happy to pay out of pocket for anything the insurance did not approve just to get things done quicker. Lisa is the best dental hygienist in gentle dental brea!!! I'm always happy with her wonderful expertise and gentle well detailed cleaning skills. She really does a great job and has so much experience I always feel comfortable and safe when she does my deep cleaning. Keep up the good work!! Honestly I'm really not sure how they got such high reviews. I came here after my lifelong family dentist stopped carrying my insurance that I got as an adult. I wanted to try out a place to bring my entire family to. I've already had braces. I've never once in my life been told I grinded my teeth and needed a mouth guard for it. I have otherwise had perfectly fine dental hygiene and came here due to the feeling of having something lodged in the back of my mouth.
