The staff is very friendly and very transparent when it comes to billing and letting you know the cost break down. Scheduling appointments has gotten so much better and they provide you a courtesy call as a reminder for your appointment as well as a text message. The only thing I would say is that every time I have gone, I do come across different Dentists and hygienist. They are really nice but I wish their dentists were consistent.
Gentle Dental Brea is the best Dentist office around! Clean, professional, safe, and easily accessible location! About a year ago or so I had to switch dentists because of a change in my insurance. I came to gentle dental in brea as a new patient and my visit was excellent. To start off Cassandra and Allie in the front greeted me with so much energy and positivity. They made me feel comfortable at a dental office. Lisa my hygienist explained my cleaning very well and detailed and Dr Malak was very nice and professional and helped me understand my treatment. I will definitely be returning.

I have been coming to this office since they were in La Habra. We just recently got a new dentist, Dr Ehtessabian, and he is AMAZING! I hope he never leaves!!!
I had a treatment on December 30, 2020. I was concerned since there was so much turnover. However, my experience was far better than I had anticipated. The new dentist, Kevin Ehtessabian, was great. He took time to explain everything in detail. I was also impressed with the way he encouraged his staff. The staff took great care of me and I would highly recommend GentleDental especially with the dentist and staff they have now. Best experience I ever had at a dentist.
So happy we gave this office another chance. Our insurance is ending and they fit our family in last minute which I truly appreciate.The NEW hygienist is amazing! I had a bad experience, as many others stated with the old hygienist and was very nervous to go back but so glad I did. She is super gentle, knowledgeable and friendly. The dentist was also very helpful and gentle. Overall, the staff here gets an A+++
I decided to try out Gentle Dental again after not going for a while and I'm so glad I did. There's new staff and a new doctor. Dr. Atalla was very attentive and she took care of my tooth pain that same appointment. She explained all my treatment options and was very patient with me. Highly recommend!
