A dentist has to be someone that absolutely trust 100%. Trust is very important to me. When I go to Gentle Dental I honestly feel "heard". That means a lot to me. For some reason, I don’t numb easily. I've had issues with it all my life. Experiencing absolute horror stories about "in chair experiences". Just had my first visit to Gentle Dental Mililani and am extremely impressed. Great service, knowledgeable and pleasant staff, and modern technology. The best part for me is that they are familiar with the VA referral/authorization process. I've had numerous bad experiences with previous doctors and dentists where I've had to wait months for them to submit a referral to the VA for an authorization. Highly recommend Gentle Dental to everyone.
This has the be the worst experience I've had with a provider. The office left a voicemail to reschedule my initial appointment. However, after promptly returning their call and leaving a voicemail, I never received any communication back. To make matters worse, my appointment was rescheduled the day of without my notice. I wouldn't have known if not for the email appointment reminder I received a few hours before. It has been so difficult to get through to anyone on the phone. Terrible Place. They screw up on my account since 2022 and still not fixed. The workers on the front who don't read the notes will tell me I am wrong and will not listen to me. I stop going because they wanted to pull my wisdom tooth, the Dentist said they will not work on anything else until I get my wisdom tooth pulled out, I don't need it pulled out according to 3 other dentist. I would not recommended this place due to paper works not being filled correctly and getting things done to teeth that is unnecessary.
I was a patient at this clinic for a few years, only because they took my insurance. They always gave me whatever new dentist they had and the dentists would quickly be gone. I received great work from 2/3 dentists. I would highly recommend you ask for Dr. Zant because he seems to be a permanent dentist here, even if the wait time is longer (They will try to schedule you with the traveling dentists).
