I had such an amazing experience with the entire team! I left a voicemail to schedule a new patient appointment and was called back within 24hours. We were able to schedule me an entire dental exam & cleaning for 2 days out! It has been a while since I’ve been seen for dental care but there was no judgement by anybody whatsoever. Everybody I encountered was so kind. I look forward to my next appointment and I highly recommend.
Gentle Dental was great! We had a little bit of an emergency with my son’s braces when we arrived to Oahu. One of the offices really helped me to find an available appointment across all of their locations. And then the clinic in Mililani contacted me and were so kind and patient when helping me figure out issues with my insurance. Today once we got there, my son called them “life savers” lol. Everyone was so kind and helpful! My son says they deserve a 5 star for the great service and kindness they offered. Thank you!
I've been going for years and this visit was very pleasant. I'm very satisfied with the office staff and Kelly-the Dental Hygienist. I always ask for Kelly. She helps make maintenance on my smile easier. Great attitude, very professional, and I would highly recommend others to go to Gentle Dental because of the great care I receive. 👍 Thank you!
The admin staff were knowledgeable & answered my questions/concerns well. Definitely I appreciate rescheduling until they verified my second insurance. The hygienist I really appreciate & she explained why floride is a good choice for me. I like to see the same one & prefer female. My time with the dentist was brief today but I like him & feel like he understands my long term dental goals. My only real complaint is its impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. It’s always a great visit every time. The receptionists were warm and friendly. So, continue giving excellent customer service. I have to give a big shout out to my favorite hygienist, Kari! She’s always gentle when she works on my teeth.🤩
