From the moment I first stepped foot in the Miliani office location. It seemed like very friendly, and professional atmosphere. I especially like there was a tv to look at while getting a cleaning. My experienc at the dentist has changed with this place. I did not feel any pain during my routine cleaning, the dentist was really nice and friendly and addressed all my concerns. As a patient I feel like they took really good care of me. Thank you Gentle Dental. 😊
All genuinely kind, helpful and friendly staff. I will definitely be using them as my regular dentist when i move back next winter. One thing to keep in mind is that based on company policy, x-rays are required on the first visit. Staff get 5 stars because of their awesomeness, but the overall rating I give is 4 because of this reason.
My two older boys had a total of 20 min from entry to exit of our visit and told I would not be charged for their visit as there was absolutely nothing the staff did. The provider opened their mouths for an exam and there was dirty equipment and materials laying around. The next month I start receiving one of many monthly bills for that visit. It took me a year to get the issue resolved. Being threatened to get sent to collections over the error of their staff is WILD. Anyways, we never went back. My third child will now go ... read more
