The staff there are all really nice and do their hardest to fix any tooth discomfort. I also appreciate the consideration of the team with the pandemic still in place. The reason for five stars is because the specialist didn't want me going home with a cracked temporary crown and took her time making sure everything was perfect. Throughout the process, I was made aware of what was going on and if I was alright. Gentle Dental really do care for their patients.

This is a great Dental Practice. Dr. David Zant has guided me through not only a repair of a front tooth, but replacement of my loose cap and root canal, from many years ago (broken in a fight). He analyzed then referred me to a great dental surgeon, Dr. D. Hayes - who removed the 55 year old tooth and did an implant, and David is now doing my temporary tooth (including adjustments to an adjacent tooth) and prep for my permanent replacement. It was my first time visiting gentle dental today & it was great! That staff was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Micah was my hygienist & he really took his time when doing my cleaning. I look forward to my next visit!!
Gentle Dental has been nothing but a life savor for me ... Dr. Zant, he is the BEST Dentist I have EVER been across and has EVER had!!! As I write this, it brings me to tears, only because Dr. Zant has heart of GOLD!!! Wonderful friendly front desk, dental techs and wonderful doctors All very friendly , helpful and sweet! I came to this location because my original dental location Gentle Dental Makakilo does not offer Saturday appointments which is hard for me also being a health care worker who has a difficult time taking off from work during the work week. It was nice to drive out to Mililani and have the option to get seen on a Saturday by such a great staff of people!
I have been with Gentle Dental for years. The care and the service is always professional and friendly. It is very challenging to be an adult with braces, but they gave me so many tips and so much help! Something that may seem so simple to someone else but is a big deal to me is that they always pronounce my name correctly. It is a simple human touch that goes a long way. Dr. Kahn (sp?) is the best! She is very kid friendly and talks to my son during his cleaning appointments. Even though my son is cooperative for the most part, her soothing voice keeps his 7 year old body still throughout the process. What a great visit we experienced. I have 3 wild boys and their team was so friendly and just absolutely amazing with all my children. I recommend this place to anyone! Super clean environment. Helpful friendly staff. They did a awesome job with x Ray's and teeth cleaning.
Great service! Never wait every time I go! Today they checked my daughters teeth because she was complaining occasionally about it hurting and they didn't even charge me!
