I've been here for my intial x-rays and teeth cleaning and have been extremly happy with the office overall. The office staff was very nice and welcoming and I didn't have to wait long. The technician who took the x-rays was very good and pleasant. The dentist was very nice and asked if I had any questions. My next appointment was a cleaning and it was the most pleasant one I've every had. The dental hygenist was Donna and she rocked. Gentle Dental Mililani certainly lives up to its name! I was very apprehensive about visiting the dentist, but from the moment I walked through the doors, I was immediately put at ease. From the x-ray technician, to my dentist Dr. Kon, to the dental hygienist...I quickly learned that I had nothing to fear. I have been to many dentist and I must say that Dr. Nishihara and the staff at the Mililani office are outstanding. As soon as you walk in the staff greets you and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Nishihara prepped my front teeth for crowns and it was painless. He and David did an outstanding job! Dr. Nishihara totally cares about his patients and makes them feel comfortable. I read the reviews and was shocked. I am the biggest chicken when it comes to the dentist. Mililani Gentle Dental is great. As for the comments about the staff, I was always treated good. Dr. Nishihara and his staff are the best. The front desk staff always greets me when I walk into the office. As for all the dental work I needed, I was always comfortable and treated well. I recommend Gentle Dental in Mililani.

I had my first appointment here today and I didn't see any of the problems that were mentioned in the other reviews. The front staff was very pleasant and efficient. I was checked in quickly, and was brought back for my cleaning right on time. The hygienist was gentle and professional, and explained what she was doing as she checked and cleaned my teeth. i had a great first experience here today. everything was clean, orderly and people were friendly and efficient. they seemed to have really improved operations over the previous reviews. i plan to bring my toddler here too from now on. had dr. jamie kon and she was friendly and answered all ky questions.

Just received a call from Quentin from Gentle Dental sincerely apologizing for my bad experiences at Gentle Dental Mililani. The receptionist who created my bad experience does not seem to be working here anymore. Following up with past customers shows good customer service. Thank you!
