Such a good experience today and this is coming from someone who hates the dentist. We were happily greeted at the front desk and checked in right away. Carlos was super helpful with calming my nerves and explaining each step of the process thoroughly. The dentist was very kind and was very patient with me. Thank you for making going to the dentist as seamless as possible!
I have had such complicated dental work, and always get amazing service at gentle dentist. From basic cleanings, to an endodontist, to an implant surgeon, they arrange everything for me. Their office staff is so pleasant and professional and take so much time to go through everything with me and my insurance company. Highly recommended!!!

Came here to remove one of my wisdom teeth and everything went smoothly. The staff were polite and kind, they made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Cassandra assisted me initially and she was extremely kind and professional. A great office!
I love this dental office! It lives true to its name Gentle Dental. I have been afraid to go to the dentist for many years but they have renewed my faith in dentists. They are gentle. The whole staff is wonderful!!! I feel like I'm going to see family when I go to the dentist. I am even having an implant and I'm not afraid. Another reason I stopped going to the dentist about 10 years ago was that they always tried to upsell me everything. We love Gentle Dental Placentia! The office manager Cassandra is the best! Always greets us with a smile, even when shes busy or helping someone else, she finds the time to acknowledge anyone who comes through the door. Dr Poliran is the best, he does amazing work and is honest with treatment. The assistants (Carlos and Lyndsay) are also awesome And helpful, and very nice. This team named above, always makes our time at the dentist not so scary.
Very nice dentist and assistant.I brought my 2 daughters here as well.They were so gentle and kind.Very respectful.I do recommend this dentist.

Came in to this office with excruciating pain and trauma from a previous dental office, Melissa, Cassandra and Dr. Poliran got me in right away they made me feel comfortable and assured I would get the care I needed and found the root cause of the problem and helped me in my budget range! Found my new dentist And highly recommend coming here!
