I just had a visit with my dentist and dental assistant today (6/18 - 3pm) so we can all figure out who they are hehe. I usually leave reviews after a not so pleasant experience to warn ppl but I felt the need to mention my continued satisfaction with this Team!! My husband had a wisdom tooth extracted today by Dr. Poliran who my husband said was excellent and for my husband to say that it must be true cuz when he came out he was happy and said he felt nothing and I have also seen Dr. Poliran and yes he is very gentle and the technician Carlos was also great. We would both highly recommend Dr. Poliran and his staff.
I've been going to Gentle Dental for at least 12 years now. I started with Anaheim office and when it closed I moved to Placentia office. The office is friendly, warm and efficient from front office staff to dental assistants and dentists. I highly recommend this office!
I needed to see a dentist ASAP due to a painful toothache I was experiencing. Thankfully, they got me in to see the dentist on the same day. Everyone in the office was so kind and welcoming. I indeed found a new profound admiration for the work dentists perform.
This was my first time at this dentist and my first time going to a dentist in awhile and this was my best dental experience. From the front desk, technician to the dentist, everyone was super kind, helpful, and “gentle”. The dentist explained every step of the treatment and I felt heard. This experience motivated me to take better care of my teeth. I would recommend this dentist to everyone.
