We had such a great experience with Judy, the dental hygienist! My daughter used to really dislike going to the dentist, but Judy completely changed that. She was so kind, patient, and gentle, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made my daughter feel comfortable and safe. By the end of the visit, my daughter was actually smiling and said she liked it — which I never thought I’d hear! I’m so grateful for the care and attention Judy gave us. Highly recommended.
I am so happy!! 😊 I had gone to 4 different dentists that weren't the best!! Today at Gentle Dental I was treated great! Everyone from front desk to the Dentist herself were great! Friendly, personable, professional and all seem to care. Breath of fresh air🤓
I was there for several hours because I have had insurance issues, and the last time I saw a dentist we had to stop because of my severe gag reflex. What a difference a better office makes! This doctor was so incredibly caring and patient when we took my x-rays, and we did it. The entire staff is sincerely competent, compassionate, and professional.
In disbelief following my third appointment here. My first appointment it was mentioned I needed a deep cleaning…went with it and what the dentist recommend. My SRP cleaning however was the first red flag, the hygienist never told me she was going to numb me, and proceeded without a warning. As someone who works in the medical field, you should always warn your patients when you are about to proceed with an invasive act. I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this office that felt more like a series of scheduling games and poor communication than actual dental care. The Appointment Run-around: I came in with a toothache and spent two hours in the chair only to be told they couldn't complete the work. I was informed I needed two fillings and a deep cleaning, but was told my insurance would only cover half my mouth at a time.
