From the moment, I walked into the office i was greeted professionally. The doctor was so outstanding and did a such a wonderful job. I would highly recommend this practice.
I am terrified of going to the dentist because of past experiences but “Gentle Dental” has made me much more at ease. The dentist listens to me and she goes at my pace- even though I’m demanding and monopolize her time. She stays with me with a smile and much patience! It was painless. That has never happened to me in any dentist office - “Gentle Dental” and everyone that works there from the front to the techs, to the doctor is amazing.
I scheduled an appointment with them, when I made the appointment, I let them know I am pregnant. Well, when I got there, they took me back and let me know they won’t be cleaning my teeth until I have a clearance from my OBGYN. Then a woman who looked into my mouth for less than 30 seconds and stated I had cavities. I just feel like that was a total waste of time, For them and me. The staff was welcoming and very thorough in dealing with the insurance documentation. Dr William was very consider and went out of her way to make sure I understood every step of the procedures she recommended.
Very professional team! From the amazing front desk personnel to the caring nurses and the extremely careful and efficient doctor, everyone at Gentle Dental Placentia exceeded our expectations. We had a same-day crown procedure done for my 13-year-old son, and it turned out to be one of the happiest days for him — no more pain, and the entire experience was smooth and comforting.
