Office experience can be improved. I did reschedule my appt and confirmed. Left work early only to find out they already cancelled it. The receptionist was nice though but there's 1 lady there who gave me an attitude when i politely asked if there's already someone who took the spot.
DO NOT COME HERE!!! This place is a TOTAL SCAM!!! They installed a crown and billed me for it, then came back 8 month later to collect more money bc they said insurance denied the claim. Either they mis-coded the work or they installed a crown instead of a filling. I tried to call and when i finally talked to someone to dispute the charge they said they would call me back. New patient and not impressed. Had to wait almost an hour to be taken back. After all the x-rays the dentist comes in and goes over them with me. Proceeds to tell me she needs to do laser deep clean. Didn't ask if I wanted it and than says she has to reschedule because her assistant is with another patient. She leaves and receptionist comes in to reschedule my next appointment. Disappointing as a new patient to have this service!!

We had an awful experience here. My daughter had braces done at a previous dentist out of state. We were told by that dentist she was ready to get them removed. The dentist at "Gentle Dental" refused to give us an opinion on whether they were ready to be removed or not. He even said " she could take them off or she could keep them on for another 3'-5 months. He asked me several times what the other dentist said. When I told him I wanted his opinion he got rude, evasive and aggressive. He was clearly trying to get more money... read more
Do not come here!! Worst service ever. I do not recommend this place. They don't keep proper records and notes. I was gonna start treatment $3000 worth and they canceled day before. The manager was rude. And the person I spoke to originally was no where to be found. There are different people ...you will not be speaking to same person. It's amazing how they wanted my money the first day I was there for consult. I don't trust this place. Be warned!!
I'm selecting one star because there is nothing less to give. We had an appointment for routine cleaning. When we got to the front desk to register the person there was too busy with her side conversation to acknowledge our arrival. Was very rude and unwilling to help. My daughter has wires and was told I have to go to orthodontics and have wires removed come back have cleaning done, then go back to orthodontics and have them placed again. Dr. Peddireddy is not respectful of your time. I have been here 5-6 appointments and every single time she runs 30-45 min late. The girls at the front desk with the unprofessional, ghetto nails is never friendly and never smiles. I can tell she genuinely hates her job.
I do not recommend this dental clinic. I have an insurance schedule to this clinic but me and my wife have a horrible experience. We requested to clean our teeth but they will not clean your teeth unless you will pay first for what they're find in your Tooth x-ray, my schedule is 3pm but I waited for 2 hours, we ended only not cleaning my teeth coz they wanted you to pay 1st. They told to my wife they will clean her teeth but only half coz it is the only covered to my insurance. This is a BULL!!!
This is the worst dental experience I have ever had. I relocated and live across the street, and brought in a family of 6. They had dollar signs in their eyes and are more concerned about pushing charges and billing insurance than they are service. They coerced my daughter into a deep clean on the day of her first visit and charged my credit card for almost $200 without my consent (my card says ASK 4 ID) and had her sign it.
