I'd you have Denti-Cal, I would not recommend coming here. They will charge for services outside of what's covered under insurance and will not help you whatsoever if you cannot afford it. I scheduled an appointment for a emergency tooth extraction because I had severe pain in (what I suspected) my wisdom tooth. Where to start... so I have dental insurance and this location was list for my EPO. I had a cleaning, root irrigation, and X-ray. My portion was about $200 out of pocket (not great but what ever). The issue started after my second appointment when their office was calling me (I don't have a job I can pick up the phone. I work on live power). Update: I saw another dentist 4 days after my visit to here. He identified the problem and was able to treat to my complete satisfaction. Shame on Gentle Dental for their incompetence. Corporate dentistry at its worst. Maybe OK for routine services like cleaning or fillings but if you have anything remotely complicated don't waste your time here. Unprofessional, and really didn't take case seriously.. to an extent that i came to know who the doctor was after i saw the prescription while paying in the end. The explanation of the treatment was absolutely lame and all they say is this is your out of pocket with absolutely no justification. they take patients for granted as if their word is final. they said i have to do root canal and doctor comes once a month and coming tomorrow. what the hell its like I dont get treatment for a month if i miss tomorrow. worst part i ha... read more

Zero starts if I could!!! Stay away from here!!! Do not come here if you are not trying to get scammed! I went here for a consultation I had an extraction of a sideways tooth I had in the back of my front top teeth, long story short the dentist that talked to me said my case was "special and critical" she also mentioned that my insurance was not going to cover and I would have to pay out of pocket $900 plus the $200 I had already paid for a CT scan which I was ok with, I had the Ct scan taken on 5/6/2020 and the technician ... read more

Don't let the name fool you. Not so gentle on the manners. The first thing that came out of my dentist's mouth was "what happened?" "You haven't been here every three months like we asked you to." Then she gave a big sigh when she had to explain to me again why she needed me to spend another $100 for an irrigation, like I was too stupid to understand her the first time. I went for my perio maintenance cleaning , DDS never bother to clean my teeth with cavitron , he only used a hand scaler, after I got POLISH my teeth by the ass

at first it seemed ok. but then they started billing me and jesus christ. they are bassically pulling off highwway robbery. ive never been charged so much out of pocket for dental in my life... and to top it off. they had an assistant finishing up my temp filling because the doctor had another patient. she had to put in and recast it 4 times before she got it right and each time she drilled on my teeth. i felt very uncomfortable with an unexperienced assistant doing dental work. We had just picked this dental office because it was close by and my wife had called to confirm the appointment and the person was extremely rude and condescending towards here. I guess customer service has gone right out the window. if you treat a new patient like crap right out of the gate and hadn't even stepped foot in the building yet, I would try another dental office. thanks for being rude and you not only lost 1 patient, but 2.
