Had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Tons of waiting after that then given a bill for three times the amount of other dentists. I believe this may be a scam dentist full of up selling. Felt like wal mart dentistry mixed with car sales.

Please avoid. Dishonest: *Scheduled me for my second visit without my consent. *1st visit was for cleaning, and they only did half! Thus the 2nd appointment? * Charges were questionable. *Ripoff

I was thoroughly annoyed with this facility. I made appointment with them about a week ago for a checkup. Being a new patient there, I was aware I needed to have my provider inform them I had coverage and to set me up with a new place. My provider said they were going to contact the facility to let them know I have coverage. The morning of my appointment, I called this place to verify my appointment at 1pm and to see whether they received any paperwork from my insurance. THE WORST!! I went a few times and had problems with something almost every single time. Had a checkup scheduled for yesterday. They text and emailed to confirm, I confirmed. I take 2 hours off work to go in at my scheduled time and the idiots aren't even open! Doors locked, no one answering phones. PATHETIC! Do not recommend at all. ZERO stars for sure.

I'm disappointed with gentle dental now, they treated my 90-year-old mother rude. The dentist is ok, but the front staff is very very RUDE. They wanted to send her to a specialist, to pull a tooth! Who needs a specialist to pull a tooth? She didn't need one. She went to: Araya Dental in Fullerton on Yorba Linda Blvd. This dentist is the bomb, she was treated very nice and got excellent service, ( not by gentle dental) To pull the tooth and it only cost 189.00. If I could give this place zero stars I would. On 2/2 I came in at 12:45pm 15 min early for my 1pm Appointment for an exam and a cleaning. 1:45 rolls around and I haven't even been given paper work to fill out for a new patient. I walk up to the blonde girl at the front and she asks me if the other girl checked me in....lol no I came to sit at dental office for fun! They not only crossed off my name as if I got called back already, but they called back 2 people who came in after me. I finally get taken back and have to fill ... read more

Horrible, every time they mess something up, girls at desk don't know what they're doing. They always seem to be backed up. Always a long wait to just get braces retightened. Only reason I continue to come here is because my braces are paid off already.

This is one of the worst reception staff ever. I have had to reschedule appts mulitple times due to incompetent reception staff making scheduling errors. And even when rescheduling appt, they give you worst options. We have been stuck since we already paid for the braces. I would not recommend if you dont like to have lot of your appts rescheduled.

Go to this place if you have lots of $$$ or you dont mind to be ripped off! They told me I need to pay $1200 out of pocket for a root canal AFTER insurance coverage! My insurance actually pays everything but they DECIDED to get me the upgraded version! They also told me that my current crown would probably crack during the procedure so i would need a new crown! I went for a second opinion the other dentist told me most of the time they could save the crown so I won't need to pay ANYTHING!!! Who knows if this place would crac... read more
