If I could give this place zero stars, I would! I went to this place in the beginning of the year and did not proceed with further treatment with them. Apparently they scheduled 2 appointments without my knowledge and are charging for missing them! When speaking with the "office manager" she proceeded to tell me that I had "countless times and opportunities" to cancel the apt so I will be charged for this. and yes, I was frustrated and pissed at her tone and general attitude toward me so I said a few curse words. I decided to go here thinking I would get better and faster service. I was seen by the dentist after the x-rays she said I need extensive work and that I should go to their clinic in Anaheim because it is more established. She just should've been honest and told me she didn't want to do the work. It took them a month for them to give me an appointment at the Anaheim clinic and when I showed up for it the endodontist was not in, they didn't even call.
