Dr. Etemad is an excellent dentist. She is very nice, and explained the treatment clearly to me. She answered all my questions. The staff were friendly. The office is new, as well as very clean. Overall I had a great experience and have referred my coworkers to her and the office. I highly recommend this office and Dr Etemad.

I had a dental appointment today with gentle dental for the first time. The good news is I had no sugar bugs. The great news is I loved my new dentist. The staff is very helpful, patient and friendly. Overall, I had the best experience.

Dr.Etemad is one of the best dentists I have come across . She is super nice and gentle and she listens to what the patient needs and wants . She makes the patients feel comfortable at the office and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office and Dr.Etemad .

This experience is based on phone call inquiries and I will update when I came in for visit. Somehow I got stuck with this place by 'assigned' call to asked for assistance but the person over the phone was rude and not helpful like she hated this job.

I did not feel welcome or comfortable with the care I received. Went in as a new patient having moved recently into the area. The dentists and oral surgeon were brisk and seemed impatient; they explained things very quickly and never gave me a chance to ask questions before leaving me with the bill. I went in two times about a specific oral concern and left confused both times, with no clear answer or care, just another follow up. Leaving this practice after Dr Politan was replaced by a very unlikeable dentist. She barely introduced herself before listing an array of costly work. Mind you, I was there for a cleaning and annual X-rays... and was up to date on my care except one implant I'm finishing with another oral surgeon. She had no interest in me, only her list. I'm now looking for another. I do recall Carlos was a good tech. I wish him luck. I predict the new dentist will not flourish here.

Gentle Dental is a scam. They try to up charge everything and code things incorrectly so that they can get more money from you and your insurance. They miscode gum disease and if you do not catch it and make them change it, it can hurt your dental work in the future. Do not come here. Go to Dental Artistry in Anaheim Hills, they are respectful with their work unlike this sad excuse for a dental practice.

This place is a rip-off. I went in for a cleaning with Delta Care insurance and was told it would cost me over $900. also they gave me a quote for a crown at $1500. I went back to my former dentist (40 miles away). he charged me $100 for the cleaning and $500 for crown. Gebtle Dental is a major rip-off.

Care for patients is terrible. Absoloutely terrible. This guy got mad and yelled at me because I had a gag reflex. Then, the next appointment I had, he got mad at me again for spitting on the bib because I was about to throw up. He told me that I wasn't supposed to spit on the bib. Like, what is the bib there for then buddy. On top of this, they had to reschedule my appointments because their doctor "wasn't here." Were they just banking on having a doctor and they tried to schedule me for that day?
