I signed up today with Gexa. Jonathan D. was excellent. He walked me through the plan I selected and answered all my questions.
Gexa agent was most helpfull signing me up. Jonathan D. was excellent in assisting me sign up with Gexa. he was very spacific in explaining the plan, assured me they would call my other provider and cancel it so i would not get charged a penalty for early cancellation. when Gexa checked my cerdit scores they told me it was frozen and told me how to go unfreeze it and also advised me to go back and freeze it again. my over all experience has to be a 5 star art flores
