Alex is a star!!!! I have called multiple times trying to explain my needs on a new contract, without success… and the only reason I called and thankfully I had Alex assisting me was only because I truly believe in Gexa, but not on their new plans!!! Luckily, he placed me on hold even before explaining, read my information, analyzed my usage trend and BINGO!!! He knew exactly what to offer… and signed me up for 36 moths.
