The agent I got, Eduardo, was very efficient. I have been calling different energy suppliers, including my own, and getting mostly call centers with agents whose English was difficult to understand and with a lot of background noise, so it was nice to get someone so easy to understand in a quiet environment. He gave clear explanations and walked me through the billing numbers.
