The rep that assist me was very helpful. My apartment was lost to a fire 2 months in after opening account with Gexa and I had a 12 month contract at a really good rate. I was already impressed by the service and friendly app. I told however help me with the cancellation process that I will come back once I find a new place. Barbara helped me decide to switch to Gexa. She was able to breakdown the plan I was looking at, and am feeling relieved to have that taken care of.
I just signed up for Gexas's new $129 plan. I was very skeptable, and only after creating a spreadsheet and repeatedly talking to the Gexa person did I decided the plan was better than the lowest rate plan offered on Power To Choose. I use less than 500 kwatts 7 out of 12 months in a year., and barely over 1,000 those 5 other months. However, the $129 Plan pays TDU charge and 'that' was the difference maker. I'll overpay 7 months of the years, but the saving in the hot 5 months saved me $175 for the year given an alternative... read more
