We had an issue with our Plan renewal being incorrect and the technician did an excellent job getting this corrected for us. The technician turned a stressful situation into a relief. Great Customer Service!!!

The service provided was professional, courteous, and helpful. My only complaint is that I looked up pricing on powertochoose to make my choice and it increased while I called into ask questions and sign up. Increase 0.6 per kwh.

Absolutely the best electric and soon to be solar provider out there!! Over 15 yrs with them and counting. Their customer service is above and beyond ANY of their competitors!!
