I love being able to track my usage. This feature is very helpful. All in all, the app is very easy to use. Edited on 1-6-25. The app is fine. I found that my bill was outrageously high, and I discovered I am not alone in feeling that way. I switched providers despite the exhorbitant penalty I had to pay to break the contract.

Im a regular residential user for more than 10 years. New app is very user friendly. I appreciate the graphs & the weekly usage. I modify our smart thermostat to control costs too. I like the Freedom Plan. It works better for us with the tools provided by the app.
