I called in to renew, but was met with extremely unexpected price hikes when trying to do so online (I have my own issues with that, but that's separate). I spoke to Barbara who not only listened to my situation and found the best possible plan for my needs, but also helped correct an understanding I had about the terms of the contract. Very positive customer service experience altogether.
