makes it easy to pay my electric bill
Even though I set up monthly autopay Gexa doesn't take it from my bank account, they take it from the remaining balance we keep to average out the seasonal swings of energy cost. So I have to login to Gexa each month and make a payment amount of what the autopay should have taken, so my reserve balance does not keep being depleted!

it's a great electric company. I recommend everyone to sign up for it, however, they have lied to me about how much I will save. according to what I signed up, my bill shouldn't go up or down but should stay in $190 everyday. I ended up paying $137s depending on the usage, but that's not what I signed up for. I signed up for fix price. overall, they are awesome.
It works, never had an issue...
