I had Retna surgery in March of 2026. Having eye surgery is very scary! Dr Ross and her staff explained the process in full and had a plan that was followed to perfection. The surgery was a complete success and the follow up care was excellent! I would highly recommend Dr Ross and her staff at Global Retna Institute.

Dr Robin Ross is an outstanding Opthamologist and her entire staff is great too! She is extremely knowledgeable and listens carefully to your needs and is always accommodating. Her treatments are helping my eyes tremendously. I am so happy that I found her and her staff of competent assistants. You will be happy that you found her to help you!

I had researched Dr. Ross before seeing her. I knew the basics about her practice and skill but had no idea how her skill and talent was about to change my life. I had been to one specialist with very little hope of improvement to my vision. After her thorough examination, she diagnosed Wet Macular Degeneration and a Macular Pucker. I highly recommend Dr. Ross and her amazing staff. Her practice is a wonderful combination of old-fashioned service from people who truly care and state-of-the-art equipment to diagnose and treat patients, including the recently approved laser equipment for treating macular degeneration. The staff even make time for emergencies as well as returning calls from patients with issues. Global Retina is a gift for those of us who suffer from eye problems.

I had two appointments with Dr. Ross, Robin, her dry eye specialist and Sheri, who did all of my testing. There are not words to tell you how wonderful, professional, caring and kind they all three were. I am thanking God that I was referred to this office. It will be a privilege to remain under Dr. Ross' care for the years to come.

The staff at global retina is one of the most professional healthcare staffs I have had a chance to work with Dr. Ross is an exceptional doctor, she’s very caring and she goes out of her way to take care of you. When I originally met Dr. Ross my eye doctor thought I had a tear in my retina. Excellent experience - we needed a retina specialist to continue my husband's avastin shots while wintering in AZ - I called in July 2025 for a November 2025 appointment (because I couldn't get into see anyone in December 2024 by calling multiple clinics from October-November so was not able to travel to AZ in 2024.) I was able to get an appointment based on our arrival and the staff as well as the doctor were all very thorough, professional and informative.

My laser procedure today to repair a tiny hole in one eye went very well, thanks to the amazing team at Global Retina Institute. Dr. Ross and her assistants were very encouraging and let me know what to expect throughout the procedure. I have been a patient here for a number of years and it’s a very pleasant experience each time I visit.
