Dr. Ross and her staff are absolutely incredible! I couldn't have asked for a better eye surgery experience. She is a spectacular skilled and caring physician. I would genuinely refer her to anyone. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process.

Dr. Ross was a Godsend for me. I had floaters in my eyes that were hindering my ability to drive at night and maintain my independence. I was told over and over again by other doctors that floaters cannot be fixed. Well I can say for certain they can be fixed, and Dr. Ross is the best person to make that happen for you. I would recommend her to anyone she and her staff are fabulous and because of her, I got my independence back and I am so grateful. Poor Eye Health is a scary thing. The best medicine for allaying ones fears is to seek help from knowledgeable and competent practitioners. That is what we found at Global Retina Institute. Dr. Ross and her staff were fabulous. I had a vitrectomy a few months ago. Dr Ross explained everything from start to finish. Her staff handled many of the tests with professionalism. My vitrectomy was a success and I am so glad that I had it done. The care that I got was exceptionally fine.

Dr. Ross did a fantastic job getting rid of floaters. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t read all of the fine print. I knew insurance may decline payment, but for laser part of billing ($1850) there was no code, and described as “cosmetic”, ensuring denial. Highly recommend her and her staff. Be aware, you are paying.
