I have been a patient of Global Retina Institute since June of 2022. Dr. Ross and her staff are such caring people. I have received excellent care and always everything is explained in great detail so that I understand just what my eye issues are. I have major floaters that have interfered with everyday life. I have had several rounds of laser surgery with the Ellex laser and have been so happy with my progress. GRI is a high quality practice. Dr. Ross is an excellent doctor who has much experience with the procedures she performs. She performed 2 vitrectomies on me, and I felt very safe with her. My trust in her was born out, because I had excellent results from both surgeries. No problems, no complications, just beautiful vision! After consulting several doctors in Canada and feeling like a number without results, I did my research and decided to consult the global retina institute. It was the best decision of my life. Dr. Ross and her entire staff go out of their way to be the best they can be. I have been a patient for 2 years and have needing a lot of medical attention with my eyes. Dr. Ross and her knowledge, compassion, kindness and care are undeniable the best you will get! I feel very fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Ross. Global Retina Institute is one the best Medical Facilities I have ever walked into. I have been looking for answers to my vision for many years and felt resigned to seeing poorly.
