Dr Ross is the most professional, caring, and extremely proficient ophthalmologist and eye surgeon.Everyone in that office is very knowledgeable and experienced team members. Dr. Ross and her team are truly exceptional and treatment provided exceeded expectations. Having suffered an emergency impacting the sight in my right eye, Dr. Ross opened her schedule to see me. Dr. Ross literally saved my life!!! I was unable to enjoy the things in life I most enjoy because of all of the huge Weiss ring floaters in both eyes right in my line of vision.. She said one was the size of Saturn! It was actually depressing and frustrating to not be able to see. I am now able to read again without big black blurry spots in my direct line of vision. I experienced a retinal detachment on a Saturday evening. After I called Dr Ross she brought me into her office the following morning. After thorough diagnostic tests she verified the detachment. Dr. Ross and Laura her assistant expertly reattached my retinal and instilled a gas bubble. During the process they communicated everything they were doing easing my anxiety. I was referred to Dr. Robin Ross by my optometrist after experiencing flashes in my eye. I'm a cautious person by nature but I can't say enough great things about Dr. Ross and her staff. Not only a great doctor who explains everything in easy to understand language but is nice, funny, and kind. I have 2 friends that both were patients of Dr. Ross for detached retinas and each highly recommended her. I had significant floaters in both eyes for at least 3 years opting first for Laser treatment, then finally in September of this year (2021) decided to have her perform a Vitrectomy on each of my eyes. The office is equipped to handle every and all testing needed. Very flexible in working with my situation to get me accommodated. I was very apprehensive about the whole procedure but the staff was available for any and all questions. Made me aware of long term possible issues immediately. Don’t think twice about getting your procedure!
